The raw material for the smoked salmon and arctic char comes from selected farmers who use superior working practices and use approved feed.
The raw material for smoked haddock comes from sustainable fishing stocks around Iceland. The haddock is caught on line and produced fresh from the daily catch. Beech is used to either hot, or cold smoke the various fish. This gives the fish a distinctive flavour and natural colour.
There are no chemical additives or preservatives and no artificial flavours, making it a healthy choice.
