The Arctic Char from Iceland is a product of unique  quality. Arctic char is both a freshwater and saltwater fish in the Salmonidae family. It grows slowly feeding on natural organic ingredients. The pink flesh has distinct gourmet appearance and very delicate taste.   The fillets are smoked vertical with beech that gives the char a delicate flavor and beutiful colour.  

Smoked char is considered to be a delicasy because of its colour, taste and high oil content.
