Atlantic cod (Gadus Morhua) is considered to be the best of all fishes. The soft, white and flaky fish meat is full of protein and Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Our cod is caught from sustainable stocks by long line fishing boats. The cod is gutted on board the fishing boat and then put on ice. It is kept on ice throughout procession.
From the daily catch, the fish is trimmed and we select the best quality for each shipment. The fish is packed in styrofoam boxes with gel cooling system that ensures the correct temperature and keeps the fish fresh all the way to your door.
